The press operates in a continuous stamping mode by adjusting the control method, which not only saves energy and enhances efficiency but also reduces the impact on the mold, thereby extending the lifespan of both the equipment and the mold.

Jinpeng welding workshop is equipped with advanced robot welding equipment and adopts laser welding technology, which has advantages such as narrow weld, small heat-affected zone and fast welding speed. Through the use of ultra-flexible technology, the workshop is able to achieve zero damage during model switching, and the application of high-speed rolling machines further improves production efficiency.

Jinpeng's painting workshop adopts the most advanced cathodic nano-electrophoretic coating process. With the help of spraying robots, we achieve fully automatic spraying both inside and outside the vehicle, ensuring stable and perfect painting effects. The automated spray production line improves production efficiency, shortens the production cycle, and meets the needs of mass production. Through multi-layer coating and an efficient pre-treatment process, the anti-corrosion performance of the body is significantly improved, extending the service life of the electric vehicle.
