From May 26 to 29, the highly anticipated "Comprehensive Upgrade, Leading the Future with Intelligence" JP Group 2026 Business Summit & New Product Launch grandly kicked off at Xiamen International Expo Center.

They witnessed JP Group's strategic upgrading and product innovation in the new development cycle.

Strategic Planning: Building a Full-scenario Product Matrix to Consolidate Industry Leading Position

Wang Haichong, Vice President of JP Group and Head of the Electric Tricycle Industry Platform, gave a detailed interpretation of the strategic plan for the electric tricycle business. He pointed out that the old mindset of "selling a single range of products" should be abandoned. Products will be developed based on "hundreds of application scenarios", and platform-based and modular R&D will be adopted to boost efficiency and product quality. Centering on intelligence, comfort and safety as core technological strategies, the brand will convert sophisticated technologies into intuitive user experiences.

Meanwhile, the channel development focus will shift from merely "selling vehicles" to "managing users". Greater importance will be attached to in-store experience and live-streaming drainage online, alongside improved service awareness, to achieve comprehensive upgrading and reshape the logic of industrial growth.

Product First: Outstanding Appearance, Intelligent Technology and Reliable Safety

Products serve as the key bridge connecting JP Group with users and the foundation of its 18-year industry leadership. Yan Jiawei from the Electric Tricycle Product Center released the annual plan for the cargo vehicle product line.

Targeting the core demands of heavy load, long endurance and long service life in agricultural and trade transportation in sinking markets, JP Group has fully upgraded its cargo vehicles in terms of performance, user experience and lightweight intelligence. A differentiated product portfolio including Junwei 2, Fengren 2 Pro, Zhengyun 3, Yuechi 5 and Tuyun series has been launched. With superior durability and safety, these products underpin users' livelihoods with robust strength.

Huang Dezhi from the Electric Tricycle Product Center subsequently unveiled new strategic models for the passenger vehicle line. Keeping pace with industry trends, JP Group has identified four core competitive edges: exterior design empowerment, technology-driven innovation, production efficiency improvement and quality assurance, striving to take the lead across all product categories through systematic layout. A host of new models will be launched in the second half of the year to meet diverse user demands.

Attractive appearance adds charm to travel. To better satisfy the needs of family transportation and parent-child travel, Xin Yufen and Li Hailing from the Electric Tricycle Product Center respectively launched new enclosed vehicles and lightweight enclosed vehicles, namely Xuebao 2, Douqi 3 Pro, VITA Nalong Intelligent Dual-camera Edition and Weini.

Xuebao 2 features a light luxury intelligent aesthetic design, with five core advantages: safety, easy operation, stylish look, comfort and intelligence. In terms of safety, it adopts a high-strength cage body structure and double-layer laminated green glass, equipped with front and rear anti-rollback systems, high-definition reversing image, reversing radar and 60000CD ultra-bright headlights to build all-round protection. Featuring a narrow body, small turning radius, stable chassis and excellent shock absorption, it is easy to handle even for novice mothers.

Adopting minimalist bionic design and automotive-grade paint technology, the vehicle offers exclusive color schemes co-branded with Nalong. The cabin is fitted with child-friendly eco-friendly interior materials, and two versions are available: one equipped with an air conditioner for summer and another with heated seat cushions for winter. In terms of intelligent control, it supports Bluetooth keyless unlocking, remote positioning via APP and intelligent key sharing for effortless use.

Douqi 3 Pro is designed for flexible urban commuting. It is equipped with automotive-grade self-resetting frame windshield wipers, double-layer laminated green glass and TBK2.0 ultra-quiet power system. For safety, it comes with P gear parking function, anti-rollback device, multi-speed regulation and high-quality shock absorbers. Its intelligent configuration includes the 4G Starlink system, enabling remote vehicle control, one-click car finding and real-time positioning via mobile APP. Besides, eight storage spaces are arranged throughout the vehicle to deliver excellent practicality.

The VITA Nalong Intelligent Dual-camera Edition is an upgraded version of the classic model. It adopts the industry-leading full automotive-grade double-layer sheet metal body, carrying forward JP Group's consistent commitment to safety. In terms of intelligence, it is fitted with JP Group's intelligent control system and front & rear dual-camera vision system for enhanced safety. Multiple advanced driver assistance functions will be added in subsequent updates.

The all-new Weini is built as an exclusive vehicle for female users. It has won the Platinum Award at London Design Awards for its exquisite appearance. Targeting the pain points of female and parent-child travel, it provides three layers of protection with intelligent triple cameras, automotive-grade TCS traction control system, JP Group intelligent stability control system, full-range intelligent lighting system and electronic child safety locks. It is also equipped with a full-temperature control cabin, sun protection glass blocking 99% of ultraviolet rays, keyless unlocking and voice control to cater to female users' needs in terms of comfort and convenience. The innovative customizable ambient lighting system, startup animation and starry sky roof create a cozy exclusive mobile space.

Marketing Empowerment: Assisting Dealers in Transformation and Breakthrough

9Zhang Hengxu, General Manager of the Marketing Center under the Electric Tricycle Industry Platform, shared the annual marketing plan. He clarified that the brand will fully empower dealers with targeted policies, resources and operation strategies to help expand markets and boost sales. He suggested dealers transform their mindset from bulk wholesale to refined retail, from offline-only operation to online-offline integration, and from channel management to refined user operation. Priority will be given to large store development and standardized operation. In addition, JP Group has rolled out a series of measures including unified national pricing, subsidies for old inventory, strict control over excessive stock pressure and the implementation of one vehicle matched with one battery and one charger to drive sales growth for dealers.

Li Bo from the User Experience Department of the Electric Tricycle Marketing Center shared the ideas for building a full-link service system covering online and offline scenarios. The launch of the JP Group Rider Club and the appointment ceremony for Product Co-creators marked a brand-new upgrade of the relationship between JP Group and its users. Users are no longer mere buyers, but also product co-creators and brand advocates.

Strategic Cooperation for Traffic: Accelerating Digital Marketing

10Facing increasingly fierce competition for online traffic, JP Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with TIKTOK Local Life Services.

Based on the commitment of "tenfold investment and tens of billions of traffic resources", the cooperation will strengthen dealers' offline service capacity, representing a major step forward for JP Group in digital customer acquisition and brand exposure.

12Gao Jun from China Quality Certification Center spoke highly of JP Group's outstanding performance in quality system construction and product compliance. He presented Class A Quality Evaluation Certificates to three models including Douqi 3, VITA and Douqi 2, further enhancing the credibility of JP Group's products.

Honors and Awards: Paying Tribute to Partners for 18 Years of Joint Leadership

13As a highlight of the summit, JP Group held a grand award ceremony for outstanding dealers and supplier partners. For 18 years, JP Group has maintained industry leadership together with its partners and achieved remarkable results. Awards were presented to the national sales champion, first runner-up and second runner-up.

16Lu Shouguang, Chairman of JP Group, delivered the closing speech. He stated that JP Group will not merely follow trends, but strive to create trends. The brand will carry out all-round upgrades in product development and marketing, increase investment in online drainage, energize the team and improve offline service capabilities. Dealers are encouraged to expand store scale and display more vehicle models, leveraging the online traffic system and upgraded physical stores to embrace industry trends.

Furthermore, the Chairman noted that all business divisions will focus on boosting terminal sales and reducing dealers' inventory pressure. The "online customer acquisition + offline transaction" model will be fully implemented to help dealers achieve substantial sales growth.
